We got tired of watching good designs get ruined on-site.
In most interior projects, the designer hands off a set of drawings to a separate construction crew, and something always gets lost in that handoff — a measurement, a material substitution, a corner that gets cut because “it’s close enough.” The client is the one who ends up managing the disagreement between the two.
Elements exists because we decided to stop being one half of that problem. Our designers and our site team report to the same project manager, meet weekly during construction, and are held to the same drawing. If something doesn’t match the plan, it’s on us to fix it — not on you to notice and escalate it.
Not Just a Mood Board
Every project is measured against one question: how will this actually be used?
A conference room that looks impressive empty but is useless once six people and their laptops are in it has failed, regardless of how the renders looked. Before we finalize any layout, we walk through how the space gets used on an ordinary Tuesday — foot traffic, storage, noise, sunlight at different times of day — and design around that reality, not around a mood board.

Is the initial quote actually free, or is there a catch?
It’s free. We visit your site, give you honest scope and budget guidance, and there’s no obligation or hidden design fee attached to that first conversation.
What happens if the final cost doesn't match the quote?
It shouldn’t, because the quote is fixed once you approve the design. If you request a change mid-project — a different material, an added room — we tell you the cost impact before doing it, not after.
How long will my project actually take?
Roughly: a small office (1,000–2,000 sq ft) is 3–5 weeks, a home renovation is 6–10 weeks, and a larger commercial fit-out is 2–3 months. Your exact timeline is confirmed in writing before construction starts, not estimated verbally.
Do you subcontract the construction work?
No. Our own crew builds what our own designers draw. That’s the entire reason Elements exists — to remove the gap between the two.
What if I genuinely don't like the design halfway through?
That’s what the design phase is for. You’ll see layouts and 3D concepts before any material is ordered, and 2–3 rounds of revision are built into every quote — this isn’t an extra cost.
Is there a warranty after handover?
Yes, workmanship is covered under warranty for a period specified in your written quote. If something fails that we built, it’s our responsibility to fix it.
Can I keep some of my existing furniture instead of buying everything new?
Yes — tell us what you want to keep during the site visit, and we’ll design around it rather than assuming everything needs replacing.
Do you only take on large commercial projects?
No, we take on homes and small offices too. If your budget doesn’t match a full renovation, we’ll tell you that upfront and suggest what’s realistic instead.
